1st Raw Adventure Camp by Mimi and Jacky

We are preparing 2015 with new adventures and new projects for us but also Raw Adventure Camp to share our life style with people, athletes, friends ...
The 1st Raw Adventure Camp will be organized in Costa Rica and will be followed by other countries all around the world.
From the 18th of January to the 8th of february 2015, it will be 3 weeks in 3 different spots, the 1st on the pacific coast nearly Quepos in the Era Eco Reserve : Posada Natura center, the 2nd between Gaia hot springs and the Chirripo and the 3rd on the Caribbean side, Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. So the scenery will be very various, white sand beach, primary jungle forest, high altitude Chirripo volcano (3800m), hot spring ...
We want to give access to the Raw Adventure Camp to any kind of level athletes who want to touch there limits or discover our life style, our special diet, enjoy a nice country but also to help us to protect our "Earth". So each week will have one goal to step up in the wellness of each and contribute to the conservation efforts of the Eco Era Rainforest Reserve.
The Raw Adventure Camp is possible for a week end, a week, 2 weeks or the all 3 weeks. The week will focus on training, teaching, cooking, stretching, relaxing and the week end will be an enjoyable adventure from noon to noon, point to point. The goal is not the time, it is not a race but a real adventure experience where every body can finish the course with pleasure.
We want also insist about the food because for us, the key of the wellness and health, it is how we feed our body...so all the food will be organic, vegan and raw but we want to explain you why during these weeks together. Docteur Graham from USA author of the "80/10/10 diet" and "Nutrion and Athletic performance" will be also present for 1 week to share his great vision.
